• Preparing audit illustrations and premium projections for your review
• Prioritising adviser follow-up to ensure you receive timely contact
• Client onboarding and account creation
• Generating compliance documents required by FAIS and FICA regulations
• Conducting Financial Needs Analyses at your instruction
• Communicating with you about your account and services

3. Automated Calculations

Our platform uses automated calculations (such as future-value projections) to prepare informational illustrations for review by a licensed financial adviser. No automated decisions are made about you. All recommendations are made by a licensed human adviser after reviewing your information.

4. Third-Party Processors

We use the following third-party service providers to process and store your information:

• Base44: application hosting and database storage
• Google Drive: secure document storage for compliance files
• WhatsApp (Meta): optional communication channel for data collection

All processors are contractually bound to protect your information.

5. Cross-Border Storage

Your information may be stored on servers located outside of South Africa (including the United States and European Union) by our hosting and storage providers. These providers maintain security standards consistent with the requirements of POPIA.

6. Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, and in compliance with FICA requirements — a minimum of 5 years from the date of the last transaction or the end of the business relationship, whichever is later.

7. Your Rights

Under POPIA, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention obligations)
• Object to the processing of your information
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator
